Hey guys Andrew here from futures,
A common question that I get asked is ‘what is the best time to workout throughout the day?’.
There’s a common belief that if you’re doing cardio it’s best to wake up fasted, get straight into a your cardio session. This is because you’ve haven’t had breakfast yet, so you’re basically in order to fuel that workout gonna be tapping into your body fat stores, in order to you know, produce energy. On the other hand, resistance training has been kind of proven that this isn’t as beneficial as the main fuel source for weight training; is actually glucose.
So it’s better to train, you know, afternoon mid to late afternoon when your muscles, your joints are warmed up and you’ve eaten a decent amount of food throughout the day in order to fuel a more intense workout and get the best results.
