Today we’re going to talk about myth. Have you heard people say the more that you sweat, the more calories you burnt?
Sweat is your body trying to cool down. It doesn’t mean how many calories you burnt. When you sweat, you lose liquid and that obviously makes you lose weight but it’s just not a weight means of fat. So, if you’re sweating, good job, but it doesn’t mean you’re burning a lot of calories, it’s just your body trying to cool down.
