Today we’re going to talk about myth. Have you heard saying you shouldn’t work out every day? Fact, rest should be part of your workout. Rest day should be considered as active recovery. You could break down as one day training, one day you take Pilates classes, but every day you should be doing something.
So, the saying that you can’t workout every day is not right. You actually can do and workout everyday but different activities.
